Because Hotel Almere has 17 multi functional meeting rooms that are fitted with the newest meeting and conference facilities. The flexible meeting rooms with modern design and interior are equiped with air conditioning, HD-beamers and can be converted into rooms with a capacity of max. 600 persons. With its central location in the middle of the Netherlands, Hotel Almere is the perfect location for a meeting, training, course, fair or conference!

Organize your business meeting carefree

With the meeting rooms in Almere in our hotel you can organize your meeting or event in one of the best meeting locations in Almere. We have seventeen meeting rooms that you can convert as you wish. Because of its special roof construction in the top floor of the meeting and conference department, Hotel Almere is particularly suitable for large conferences. Since these meeting rooms do not contain pillars, they can be used to the full extent. All meeting rooms have sufficient daylight, so that you are not in artificial light all day long. During hot days we cool the room with air conditioning. We offer free high-speed WiFi for you and your guests so that effective meetings are no problem at all.

All facilities are available to organize a successful meeting or event. You can use HD projectors to display your presentations in a professional manner. Flipchart & whiteboard are also available. Would you like to have your meeting or event arranged down to the last detail? Then use one of our meeting packages. This includes unlimited coffee, tea, mineral water and soft drinks. In addition, you can use a healthy snack during the break to continue your event or meeting fresh afterwards.

We offer more than meeting rooms only

Hotel Almere has 180 luxurious hotel rooms, a large à la carte restaurant, a cosy hotel bar, an indoor pool with gym, free parking spaces (charging stations for electric cars) and free wireless internet for our hotel and banqueting guests.

In combination with our culinary possibilities we can offer the ideal solution for efficient and comfortable meetings and conferences. Is it not possible that everyone attend your meeting? No problem! We offer you the opportunity for Hybrid events!

Our banqueting & sales department is located in-between the meeting rooms. Our sales professionals will gladly assist you and make sure that your meeting will go smoothly and your wishes and requirements will be met. ​
