Terms & Conditions – Theme Suites Flash Sale Giveaway

Book one of our brand-new Theme Suites during the Flash Sale and have the chance to win your stay back!

  1. The promotion is exclusively valid for reservations made during the official Flash Sale period.
  2. The promotion applies only to stays in the participating Theme Suites and only to bookings made through the designated Flash Sale offer.
  3. After the Flash Sale has ended, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible reservations.
  4. The winner will be contacted personally by telephone and/or email. Therefore, a valid telephone number and email address must be provided when making the reservation.
  5. The refund applies solely to the paid room rate, tourist tax, and any breakfast* that was pre-booked as part of the reservation.
  6. Any additional products and services, including lunch, dinner, minibar, room service, and other extras, are excluded from the refund and remain the responsibility of the guest.
  7. Following the announcement of the winner, the refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used to pay for the reservation, where possible.
  8. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
  9. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, participation in the promotion will automatically be forfeited.
  10. Employees of Van der Valk Hotel Almere are excluded from participation.
  11. Van der Valk Hotel Almere reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances require.
  12. No correspondence can be entered into regarding the outcome of the promotion.
  13. If the winner is selected after the stay has already taken place, the reservation will still be eligible for the promotion, provided that the booking was made during the Flash Sale period and complies with all applicable terms and conditions. In such cases, the room rate will be refunded after the winner has been announced.

*Additional Breakfast Conditions

  1. If, at the time of the draw, the winner has an upcoming reservation for which breakfast has not been added, the winner will receive complimentary breakfast for the reserved stay.
  2. If, at the time of the draw, the winner has already completed their stay and did not pre-book or purchase breakfast during their stay, no breakfast refund or reimbursement can be provided.
  3. If breakfast was added to and paid for as part of the reservation, it will be included in the refund in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
