The election of the costumer-friendliest company within the Netherlands is the public award of the CustomerFirst Awards.
The Customer-friendliest Company was born after the release of the book ‘Kloteklanten’ (bloody awful customers). The winner will be announced during the CustomerFirst Gala night on April 20 2017.
