Live Cooking buffet

Hotel Almere serves an extensive Live cooking buffet on several Saturdays, with a great variety of delicious cold and warm dishes.

In most restaurants, chefs work behind the scenes. At Hotel Almere, our chefs work right in front of the scenes. On various Saturdays, our kitchen brigade prepares the most delicious starters, main courses, and desserts "live" during the Live Cooking buffet. In short, an evening of unlimited enjoyment of delicious dishes and drinks from the Dutch selection with family, friends, colleagues, or just the two of you! We are happy to welcome you at 5:30 PM. This cozy buffet ends at 8:30 PM.

During this spectacle, you will have unlimited choice from a wide variety of cold and hot dishes and can enjoy unlimited drinks from the domestic selection.

The enthusiastic kitchen brigade of Hotel Almere presents:
• Various cold and hot (starter) dishes;
• Various meat and fish dishes à la minute from the grill;
• Delicious wok dishes, prepared while you wait;
• Special children's buffet;
• Fresh vegetables and an extensive salad bar with different types of raw vegetables.

To conclude, our pastry chefs will serve a selection of luxurious sweets, ice cakes, and different types of scoop ice cream. To avoid disappointment, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
