The hotel is open

On this Corona page we will update the information regarding any information known to us. You will find many answers to your questions here!

At this moment only the basic corona measures apply. Wearing a face mask is NOT REQUIRED ANYMORE and we will no longer enforce this. Of course you are free to wear a face mask if you prefer. We ask that you respect the basic rules to enjoy a safe and relaxed stay in our hotel.

PLEASE NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT!
Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel. It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below:

Overnight stay

  • We look forward to welcoming you in person and answering all the questions, you might have.
  • On arrival you can disinfect your hands in the lobby.
  • We will ensure hospitable check-in with 1,5 meters distance for you.
  • All our staff members have been instructed how to proceed with regard to COVID-19.
  • Every day our professional cleaners will clean the rooms and the door handles, besides (stair) handrails, elevator buttons are cleaned several times a day. Our staff members are required to wash their hands during the day.

Facilities

Swimming pool, wellness and fitness
  • Our facilities are open to all hotel guests (based on availability).
  • Keeping 1.5 meters is mandatory. Is it too crowded? Please avoid the crowds and come back later

Food & Drinks

Breakfast

  • Breakfast may be consumed in the restaurant. We provide breakfast in the form of a buffet and you can enjoy breakfast in one of our restaurant areasrooms.
  • During the week (Monday till Friday) breakfast is served from 6.30 am to 11 am (until the summer vacation). There will be a 'closure' of the restaurant at 09.30 am (unless this is not necessary when it is quiet), so please keep in mind that you may have to leave the restaurant at 09.30 am(without return) or you can have breakfast after 09.30 am. Times and location may change, please ask for more information about this at our reception when you check-in.
  • On weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and during the summer holidays (starting on 10/7/2021, every day) breakfast is served from 6.30 am to 12 am. There will be a 'closure' of the restaurant at 10.00 am (unless this is not necessary when it is quiet), so please keep in mind that you may have to leave the restaurant at 10.00 am(without return) or you can have breakfast after 10.00 am. Times and location may change, please ask for more information about this at our reception when you check-in.
  • The terrace is open in good weather. If you wish to take a seat here, this is possible based on availability. You cannot make a reservation for this.
  • Guests without a room can also come and have breakfast with us (based on availability). Please make a reservation for breakfast in advance.

Lunchbuffet

  • Unfortunately, due to the measures according to Corona, we no longer have a lunchbuffet.

Lunch, dinner, hotelbar and terrace

  • All indoor restaurant areas (restaurant / lobby / bar) are open again. For lunch from 11.00 am to 05.00 pm and dinner from 05.00 to 11.00 pm. We have several restaurant areas that we use, so keep this in mind
  • The terrace is open from 11.00 am till 11.00 pm. Reservation is not possible for the terrace. You can just book for lunch or dinner and pass on a preference for the terrace (no guarantee).
  • Room service is only possible at our Suites (with room service costs). For another room type, if you wish to eat in the room, you can order something from the restaurant yourself and then take it to the room.
  • Our kitchen closes at 11.00 pm.
  • The bar closes at 00.00 am (midnight) at the latest.
  • Please note that booking is highly recommended for both hotel guests and outside guests, otherwise we may have to disappoint you!
  • Of course there are strict measures. These are described below. Please keep a close eye on this corona page before coming to our restaurant.

Packages

  • If you have booked a package, a package menu applies. You will receive this at check-in from our reception staff.

Buffet, Live Cooking and Tasting Dinner

  • We regret to inform you that our brunch, Live Cooking and Tasting Dinner are not available at the moment.

Guideline restaurant Activities

There are no more maximum numbers for the number of people at a table. However, please keep in mind that the tables are widely divided to ensure the 1,5 meters between the different households.

  • Do you, your partner or someone in your household have cold complaints such as a cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough or an elevation higher than 38 degrees Celsius? Then we ask you to stay at home and not to come to the hotel;
  • Adhere to the basic rules set by the government;
  • We are obliged to do a health check and request to register. This can be done by making a reservation or otherwise using the QR code at the entrance. Your data will be automatically deleted after 14 days;
  • Please pay as much as possible with the pin, credit card or other contactless payment methods;
  • Always follow the instructions of our employees;
  • You may be in a different area than you are used to. On arrival at the hotel you will be guided by one of our employees to the appropriate area where we have a nice table waiting for you;
  • Please wait at the welcome desk upon arrival. We bring you to your table.
  • Unfortunately, we are not in control of the weather. If the weather suddenly turns bad during your stay on the terrace, we will of course create as many dry spots as possible. We offer blankets and have some heaters to make your terrace visit as comfortable as possible. Visiting our terrace is at your own risk, as you can move indoors when it rains when available;
  • In order to help all our guests as well as possible, it is unfortunately not possible to pay separately (per person) or in parts. We ask you to make one payment for the entire party per reservation / table.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot always accommodate your preference during this time. We hope for your understanding and cooperation regarding this.
  • If you do not comply with (one of) the measures or if you do not follow an instruction from the staff in the field of hygiene, safety and routing, the hotel is entitled to order you to leave the building and / or deny entry. The hotel is also entitled to recover any damage from non-compliance with these Covid-19 (Corona) rules.
