Can we eat at the restaurant again?
Yes, you can! As a guest with an overnight stay booking you can enjoy delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner at the lobby/ hotelbar/ restaurants (it depends on the available seats per day) in our hotel. You can make dinner reservations while booking your overnight stay or package at our hotel. Since the 1st of June we are be able to welcome guests without a room reservation as well! Since August 10, we ask our guests (without hotel accommodation or without a reservation) to register at arrival by an employee. Please contact our front desk for more information.
How do you serve breakfast?
Breakfast is served in our buffet restaurant on the second floor in a buffet form (from Agustus 31st the buffet will be downstairs in the restaurant again from Monday-Friday). Of course, it will be set up in such a way that everyone can use it safely. For example, it is mandatory to disinfect your hands before entering the buffet, extra hygiene measures are taken and it is possible to get gloves if desired. from Monday till Friday breakfast is served from 6:30 AM till 11:00 AM. On Saturday and Sunday breakfast time is divided into two sessions. The first session is from 6:30 AM till 10:00 AM and the second session from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM (noon). Breakfast is only available for hotel guests so a reservation is not necessary. To have the breakfast served as room service you will have to book a Suite (extra charges applies). For guests without a room reservation the breakfast is not available.
What are the safety measures you have taken?
We have taken quite a few safety measures. Our rooms are given a thorough cleaning, on a daily basis. We clean all door handles several times a day. We wash our hands the whole day. Our restaurant has a new set-up, so that you have more space and there are fewer people, having breakfast, lunch or dinner at the same time. Part of this new set-up is a reservation system. On different locations in the hotel you will find disinfections columns that allow you to disinfect your hands, quickly and conveniently.
Can I book a room again?
Yes, you can! Did you know that our hotel has never been closed? You can book straight away and also make use of a number of fantastic packages.
How do you deal with the gathering measure?
To reduce the chance of infections as much as possible, it is forbidden to gather together with three or more people in a hotel room in Hotel Almere. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a 1.5 meter distance between everyone. Persons in the same household, such as families, and children are excluded.
Can I come for lunch?
Since the 1st of June we are able to organize lunch a la carte again! We will organize a lunch buffet again from 31st of August. The buffet is set up in such a way that everyone can use it safely. For example, it is mandatory to disinfect your hands before entering the buffet, extra hygiene measures are taken and it is possible to get gloves if desired. Of course, the general guidelines apply and we ask all guests to wait at the welcome desk, so that we can bring you to your table and we ask our guests (without hotel accommodation or without a reservation) to register at arrival by an employee.
Is Live Cooking open?
No, we cannot offer any Live Cooking for the time being. But ... For the Saturday evening we now offer a spectacular alternative! From the 3th of October we offer you the Tasting Dinner. During this dinner, our enthusiastic kitchen and service team serves 9 dishes. The dishes are selected by our kitchen and they are happy to surprise you on the evening itself. Of course we have also thought of the children! For the children we serve a 4 dishes children's menu! For more information an reservation, please contact our Front Desk.
Is brunch on sunday's open?
No, we cannot offer any brunch on sunday's for the time being.
Is the swimming pool open?
Our swimming pool and wellness are open for guests who have booked an overnight stay at our hotel (based on availability). From Monday 12:00 hrs. (noon) till Friday 12:00 hrs. (noon) a reservation is not mandatory. Reservation for the swimming pool is currently required from Friday 12:00 hrs. (noon) till Monday 12:00 hrs. (noon)! This is also based on availability and it is therefore possible that unfortunately there is no place. You can choose a time slot while checking in. In this way, you can be sure it will never be too crowded in our pool. It goes without saying that the hygiene regulations apply to the swimming pool as well.
Which amenities are available at the hotel?
All our amenities are open to hotel guests. Ask our reception about the possibilities.
Can I rent an (electric) bicycle at the hotel?
Yes, hotel guests can make reservations for an (electric) bike through our reception desk. Packed lunch can also be reserved through reception. Hotel Almere has beautiful bicycle routes waiting for you.
